Well, June has started out with milestones galore! Sunday, June 3rd Hayes decided to pull up to a standing position several times and he also said his first word. I am proud to say that it was Mama! He has been babbling it for months, but he said it with purpose...to me. It melted my heart. I'm sure one day I will hear it so much that I will consider changing my name, but for now I am going to cherish every time I hear that sweet voice. June 4th was also a big day. So that Jason wouldn't feel left out, Hayes said Da Da when he walked into the room. It was SO sweet!! Beyond speaking his first official words, Hayes crawled for the first time! Yep, we've got a baby on the move!
The first few times he did it he cried the whole time, but now he's got it down and he's really enjoying being mobile. We are in trouble now! He gained his freedom and we are losing ours. HAHA! He's already found his way over to the dog crates.
My little boy is growing up so quickly. It is bitter sweet, but I know it's life. I love my life.
